The Phoenician’s voicemail system is like a personal answering machine. It will take voice messages when you are on the phone or away from your room.

Make a Scottsdale-Area Local Call

‍Press 9 + area code + local number ($1.50 per call up to 60 minutes, $.10 for each additional minute).

Make a Toll-Free Call

‍To call toll-free numbers with 800, 888, 877, 950 and 1010 prefixes, press 9 + 1 +area code + number ($2 per call up to 60 minutes, $.10 for each additional minute).

Long-Distance, Direct Dial and Domestic Calls

To have calls billed to your room, dial 9 + 1 + area code + number. These will be billed at standard AT&T® operator-assisted day rates, with an additional hotel connection fee of $2.25 and a hotel surcharge of 130%.

Make an International Call

‍Press 9 + 011 + country code + city code + number. Billed at standard AT&T® operator-assisted day rates, with an additional hotel international connection fee of $4.50 and a hotel surcharge of 130%.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in each guest room and all public areas throughout The Phoenician, making it easy to stay connected.

Connect to the Internet

1. Connect your device to wireless network: Guest Room
2. Open your browser or refresh a web page, which will launch The Phoenician portal
3. Enter your room number in the labeled field on the portal
4. Enter the last name of the person who registered your room

If the portal does not launch automatically, please call 480-423-2571. Please note VPN software will slow your connection.

Facsimile Services

Facsimiles can be sent from The Phoenician’s FedEx Office® Print & Ship Center, located on level one in the main building of the resort’s East Wing ($1 charge per page for domestic numbers, $2 for international numbers).

To receive faxes, please provide the following fax number to the sender: 480-947-4311. Guests may receive five complimentary pages per day. A charge of $1 per page will be charged for additional pages per day. To receive faxes, please visit the Front Desk.
